What should I write
on the card ?
You can write what you like on the cards you
send, You could say something about yourself, where you live, about
the picture on the card or the history of the card, where it’s been
etc.
Why is it 9 cards ?
The reason it’s 9 cards is because 9 cards and
an envelope is normally under 50 grams for posting. If you wish,
you can send fewer cards the first time, you will receive the same
number of random cards in return.
Do I have to buy new cards ?
You can send new or old cards used or unused
so long as they are in good condition.
If you send a card that is already written on please write
something yourself, either on the card or attached to it. On a post-it
for example. Or on a separate small piece of paper.
Can I send cards other than postcards or the type of cards that are
given away free ?
Generally no. You can however send real old
photos, postcard size.
What language should I use ?
English is the most widely understood language
so we suggest that you write in English if possible, but by all
means also write something in your own language,
When can I send more cards ?
As soon as you receive the message that your
cards have arrived here you may send a further 9 cards. If you want
to send more cards before that or more than 9 cards please contact
us first.
Can I choose which countries my cards will go to or from ?
You can say which type of cards or countries
you like in your profile and we will try our best to send you cards
that you have asked for, but we can only send out the cards that we
have received from others so there are no guarantees. Please try to
include cards from the most wanted list when you send cards.
What if I change my address ?
If you change your address, update it in your
profile and send us a message
